3. Audio File Storage and Processing

Your privacy regarding your audio files is paramount:

• Original audio files you upload are deleted from our servers immediately after the conversion process completes.
• Converted audio files are stored temporarily in a secure, non-public location and are accessible only via a unique download link for a period of **24 hours**.
• After 24 hours, converted files are automatically and permanently deleted. Registered users also have the option to delete their converted files and associated history records immediately from their Dashboard or from the conversion results page. We do not listen to, share, or use your audio content for any purpose other than providing the conversion service. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

4. Cookies and Tracking

3DTuner uses essential session cookies for core website functionality, such as keeping you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use **Payhip** as a third-party payment processor for handling contributions. When you choose to contribute, you will be directed to Payhip's platform. Any payment information you provide is subject to Payhip's privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your payment and your provided 3DTuner username from Payhip to update your account, but we do not receive or store your credit card details.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. This includes using password hashing and secure protocols. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
